It was smiles all round as our Fairfield-Liverpool 5th secured a win against Bankstown 5th.
Bankstown 5th batted first and were all out for 75 in 19.2 overs. Zac Collison bowled superbly for a five-wicket haul, five for 11 off four overs.
In reply, the team reached the target at 4/76 in 16.1 overs. Leading the way was Brett Collison with 33 off 32 balls. An unbeaten 23 off 31 balls from Rohit Nair was a highlight.
The work with the ball set up the win.
That's back-to-back wins for the side. Congratulations to all involved.
