There was no joy for our Fairfield-Liverpool 2nd, who were unable to stop Hawkesbury 2nd in a tough outing.

We finished on 8/231, with Hawkesbury 2nd on 8/238. Credit to Cameron Kwok, who made a half-century (84) for our opponents. Ethan Muller grabbed three for 47.

Jake Langdon top-scored, making 43 off 62 balls. Riley Collison weighed in with 39 off 39 balls.

There are plenty of positives to take out of this one. It's three defeats on the trot, and the side will be eager to bounce back.

Thanks to the visitors for the contest.
