Our Fairfield-Liverpool Poidevin-Gray Shield were on song as they beat Randwick Petersham by six wickets at Sutherland Oval 1.
Our bowlers restricted Randwick Petersham to 5/140 from 20 overs. Austen Hiskens made a good 63 for the hosts, a well-deserved half-century. William McNamara bowled nicely to finish with two for 24.
In reply, the team reached the target at 4/143 in 18.4 overs. Fifty for Coby Holland, who finished with 75 not out off 50 balls.
A brilliant result for the side.
Well done to everyone involved.
