Our Fairfield-Liverpool 5th were on song as they recorded a win over Mosman 5th on Saturday.
We bowled Mosman 5th out for 180 in 45.5 overs. Oliver Freeman led the way for our opponents with 43 off 64 balls. Mason Burke was the pick of our bowlers with four for 40. Patrick Lawrence also took three for 34.
In reply, the side reached the target at 7/183 in 28.4 overs. Brett Collison posted a classy hundred, making 114 off 61 balls. Jarrad Burke remained unbeaten with 32 off 37 balls.
It was a great all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up. The group have now won three straight.
Well done to everyone involved.
