At Harold Fraser Reserve, our Fairfield-Liverpool Men's Kingsgrove Sports T20 notched a win over Sydney by 26 runs on Saturday.
Our innings closed at 5/202 from 20 overs. Luke Ohrynowsky's 79 not out off 42 balls was a half-century to remember. Coby Holland's 62 off 44 balls was a half-century to remember.
Our bowlers kept Sydney to 6/176 from 20 overs in reply. Zeeshaan Ahmed made a classy 63 for the hosts, a well-deserved half-century. With the ball, Luke Hodges did the damage, claiming two for 20 off four overs.
Congratulations to all involved.
