Our Fairfield-Liverpool Poidevin-Gray Shield had plenty to celebrate after they accounted for Hawkesbury with a performance to be proud of.
Our innings closed at 8/131 from 20 overs. Coby Holland made a valuable 35 off 40 balls.
In reply, Hawkesbury finished on 8/117 from 20 overs. Neerav Hemadri made a stylish 62 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century. The wickets were shared around, with William McNamara taking four for 18. Yash Singh weighed in with two for 12 off three overs. A special mention to Singh, who bowled a maiden.
The runs on the board proved more than enough. That makes it two wins in a row. Congratulations to all involved.
