Our Fairfield-Liverpool T20 went down against Mosman on a tough day.
Mosman set the target, making 4/182 from 20 overs. Our opponents' best was a half-century from Will Adlam, who made 79. Jai Long starred with the ball, taking three for 22.
Needing 183 to win, we finished on 8/166 from 20 overs. Nick Carruthers's 58 off 30 balls was a half-century to remember. Jaiveer Singh Dhanoa was still there at the end on 26 off 12 balls.
Plenty to take out of this one. A tough stretch, and one the team will be determined to end. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
