Saturday belonged to our Fairfield-Liverpool 5th, who registered a victory over Parramatta Fifth Grade in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's) action.
With the bat first up, we compiled 122 from 43.5 overs. Jarrad Burke made a valuable 42 off 80 balls. Benjamin Mani claimed three for 23 for Parramatta Fifth Grade.
We bowled our opponents out for 57 in 35 overs. Samad Shaikh finished unbeaten on 31 for the visitors. A five-wicket haul to Jackson Mitchell Puckeridge, who finished with five for 12 off ten overs. Jarrad Burke finished with three for 9.
It was a great all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up. Congratulations to all involved.
