Our Fairfield-Liverpool 5th had plenty to celebrate after they put away Bankstown 5th in a dominant display.
Bankstown 5th batted first and made 8/95 from 20 overs. Aarav Darji picked up two for 15 off four overs.
In reply, the group reached the target at 2/99 in 16.1 overs. Greg Hunt passed fifty on the way to 61 not out off 42 balls with eight fours and two sixes.
A well-deserved win for the team. The winning run now stretches to five games. Well done to everyone involved.
