In NSW Premier Cricket (Men's) action, our Fairfield-Liverpool 4th lost out to Western Suburbs 4th on a day to learn from.
Western Suburbs 4th batted first and put 225 on the board from 41.3 overs. Credit to Aarav Majumdar, who made a half-century (56) for our opponents. Peter Pigadas picked up four for 51 off ten overs.
In reply, we finished on 166 from 39.5 overs. Pigadas top-scored with 47 off 82 balls. Shaun Bridges made 25 off 27 balls. Emmanuel Parmakellis was the main threat for the hosts, taking four for 23.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
Manly Warringah 4th are next on the fixture list, next Saturday.
