Saturday belonged to our Fairfield-Liverpool 4th, who knocked over Parramatta Fourth Grade thanks to Rohit Nair's 71.
Our totals were 9/246, against Parramatta Fourth Grade's 120. Rohit Nair's 71 off 101 balls was a half-century to remember. Shaun Bridges passed fifty on the way to 59 off 103 balls with six fours and one six. Harry Willoughby was the best of the visitors' bowlers, finishing with four for 53.
Shuvayu Banerjee claimed a terrific five-wicket haul, finishing with five for 36. Aarav Darji claimed two for 21 as well. For our opponents, Oliver Sheekey made 43 off 99 balls.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
That's our first win of the season on the board. Congratulations to the side on a great result.
