It was one to learn from for our Fairfield-Liverpool 4th, who came up short against Northern District 4th in one to put behind us.
Northern District 4th's innings ended at 5/260, ours at 163 and 4/89. Shaun Bridges top-scored, making 49 off 65 balls. Peter Pigadas played a handy knock of 34. Credit to Daniel Friedrich, who took four for 28 for our opponents. Matthew Cole took four for 35 for the hosts.
Shalin Anam starred with the ball, taking two for 44. Harshit Reddy Naga chipped in with two for 46. Riley Mackay passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 84.
Plenty to take out of this one. Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
