Our Fairfield-Liverpool 3rd side were bettered by Eastern Suburbs 3rd in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's) action.
We ended on 7/164 and Eastern Suburbs 3rd on 3/166. Tom Blackwell was 36 not out for the hosts.
A classy 63 off 49 balls from Aidan Stanly was the highlight. Jarrad Burke made 30 off 17 balls.
Credit to our opponents, who played well. It's two defeats on the trot, and the group will be eager to bounce back.
Well played to the hosts.
