It was smiles all round as our Fairfield-Liverpool 1st had the measure of Parramatta First Grade in NSW Premier Cricket (Men's) action.
Parramatta First Grade's innings ended at 134 and 4/172, ours at 9/135. Nick Carruthers batted well for 42 off 71 balls with three fours and two sixes. There were also handy runs from Yash Deshmukh (36). Hayden Goulstone was the best of our opponents' bowlers, finishing with four for 26.
Yuva Nishchay picked up four for 49 off 13.4 overs. Credit to Nitesh Samuel, who made a half-century (63) for the visitors.
